Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. We’ve been in the web industry for over 12 years and in that time I have personally created over 1,000 proposals for small companies all the way up to large Fortune 500 Companies. Let’s meet to go over how Ceterius can make your business a success.

Let’s face it. The cost of building a website can start at just under $100,000 and may exceed $1,000,000. Many of these websites are what we call “brochureware” sites meaning they only provide information. WordPress is a great way for individuals and smaller businesses to get their presence out there for minimal cost.

No. All development efforts are performed on Ceterius’ development servers. Once development is complete, your website and all necessary components will be deployed to a hosting server of your choosing. As an option, Ceterius also uses HostGator to host our customer’s sites.

Getting a website built can be a confusing and daunting proposition. If you don’t have a preferred hosting provider, you can leave that detail up to us. We work with HostGator who has a proven track record for service and reliability.

An SSL Certificate (Secure Sockets Layer) is a small data file that is installed on a webserver that allows for secure connection between the server and web browser. An SSL Certificate allows you to set your website to be HTTPS instead of HTTP. The “S” in HTTPS stands for Secure. Google will give a higher rank to a site that uses HTTPS over HTTP.

Every website should have an SSL Certificate. Having one tells your site visitors that all data is encrypted and secure. Services like Google also rank sites higher if they use HTTPS instead of HTTP.

Let’s face it. Just as I’m no expert in your field of business, I don’t expect you to be an expert in mine. I can meet with you (virtually or in person) to go over what you’d like to accomplish and how to reach that goal.
